
Indeed, it got nerfed and I'm fine with that because it was one of the main chapters and didn't need to be as difficult as it was, but that's about it. The only part of DLC 1 that needed to be nerfed was the new chapter, especially Act 2. Don't try to have the experience downgraded (because there's no better way to describe it) for others who would've enjoyed the mode as it was, just because it wasn't meant for you in the first place.

If you don't like difficult challenges, either use P&T, or don't play DW at all. Take that out and what made DW special in the first place is no longer there. I think the problem with people who don't want to deal with high difficulty is that they see it as an obstacle to enjoy the experience, not PART of the experience. If Death Wish keeps getting nerfed, it will just end up being what P&T was meant to be, and P&T on some occasions needs some serious work to be put into it in order to serve it's point. However, for others where it doesn't, it needs to be nerfed. It does do it right for a lot of death wishes. P&T should be meant as a lesser version of Death Wish, not a complete removal of the point. The point of this is that if there's no challenge for the challenge mode, what's the point? It takes away enjoyment of the players that want a challenge, but not an extreme one. There's more death wishes that get their point ruined by P&T, but I think rift collapses are the most notorious. P&T neuters this challenge, basically giving way too much time for them that there might as well not be a timer at all. The collapses have one big thing in mind, and that's a set time that you need to complete the rift in. I'm thinking of the rift collapses for this point. I'm all for accessibility, but the main purpose of Death Wish, challenge, can't just be dismissed by getting rid of the very things that made up the challenge. For a selection of death wishes, P&T makes them a complete breeze, and they might as well not be in Death Wish if they're so easy. IMO they should instead focus on nerfing the usefulness of P&T, since Death Wish is intended to be "the big challenge" of the game. I think they should stop nerfing Death Wish itself, since P&T is meant to open up the thing to other players.

They are fixing their game mode now and they are doing a good job. They didn't add the same amount of difficultly deathwish challenges for DLC for a reason. The mini deathwish challenge for the wowza sticker is the balance of difficulty they need. This is part of the official game and even then it is still difficult for people who play this game a lot.

Those who complain just have ego for beating it pre nerf if you don't like it that is what mods are for go play a kaizo hack. I say a few nerfs are needed to make the mode doable for more people. GFB is trying to appeal to a larger audience and are doing a good job.

Also some tweaking to some of the bosses. Personally I think Cruisin needs improvement with the task about to run out to be in front of others so you can see which one will expire first. Gears for breakfast is doing a good job balancing deathwish in their game where it can be completed by people who enjoy this game and not just hardcore obsession players who study every inch of the mode. This is from a standpoint from someone who beat everything legit. I am not bragging because it is nothing special no1 cares.

I beat all 114 deathwish bonuses without the use of peace and tranquility.
